Job Description

• Salary up to $120,000 plus commissions
• Relocation assistance for those out of state
• This position will offer you a Sales Assistant
• Responsible for managing 8-10 salespeople
• Will be responsible for 5 plus largest accounts to call on
• Responsible for sales reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Review individual monetary sales goals as well as team goals
• Help create sales initiatives each quarter to create other opportunities for selling
• Fill in on sales tours, sales calls, meetings when needed
• Creative selling strategies- (outside sales blitz, sales flyer creation and implementation, monthly specials, etc.)
• Manage communication process between the sales department and supporting departments (Culinary, Staffing, Warehouse, Event Managers and Venue Managers.
